From a 3-person Wednesday night group to a 200-member competitive club — we make custom cycling kits that actually fit the way your team rides. No minimums. No locked-in designs. Free designer included on every order.
Why It Matters
A kit is more than clothing. It's how your club shows up at the start line, stays visible on group rides, and builds identity around the sport. Here's why clubs are switching to custom.
Generic cycling kits in stock colors leave your club looking like everyone else. We match your club colors, logo, and brand — no compromises.
Our kits are cut for cyclists — not generic activewear. Aero-fit jersey, padded bibs, gripper hems, back pockets that actually hold things.
The reason most clubs avoid custom kits is the 50-unit minimum. We start at 1. Order for your whole club or just the committee — your call.
No surprise setup fees. No design charges. See the pricing page and know exactly what you'll pay before you commit.
A sharp, professional-looking kit makes your club more appealing to new riders. The kit does recruiting work even when you're not actively posting.
10–14 days from approved design to your door. No waiting 8–12 weeks for a manufacturer overseas to fit your order in the queue.
The Process
Three steps. No surprises. The whole process is designed for club coordinators who have better things to do than chase a manufacturer for updates.
Tell us your club name, kit types you need, rider count, and any design notes. Takes 3 minutes. We'll respond within 24 hours with a design brief and pricing.
Our designer produces a full mockup based on your colors and logo. You review it, request any changes, and sign off. Nothing goes to production without your approval.
Production takes 10–14 days from design approval. Kits are individually packed, labeled, and shipped to your door. You distribute to your riders.
What You Get
No hidden charges. The quote you get is what you pay.
FAQ
The things clubs ask before their first order.
None. You can order 1 jersey or 200 jerseys. The per-piece price is the same either way — no setup fee, no "minimum order surcharge." Volume discounts apply at higher quantities, but there's no floor. See our pricing for details.
Your club colors and logo (if you have one). That's it. If you don't have a logo, our designer can create one as part of the kit design process. The more reference material you can share (colors, style preferences, example kits you like), the faster the first draft will be.
We provide a sizing guide with measurements after you get a quote. You collect sizes from your riders and submit a size breakdown. Each item is individually packaged with the rider's name if you want. Standard cycling sizes XS–3XL.
Yes. Your design is saved. Reorders use the same artwork and go straight to production — no design step needed. Useful for new members, replacement items, or seasonal reorders. Reorder turnaround is typically faster than first orders.
Design approval usually happens within 3–5 business days. Production is 10–14 days from design sign-off. So plan for about 3 weeks from your initial quote to having kits in hand. Rush production is available — ask when you submit your quote.
Each kit type (jersey, bibs, vest, etc.) is priced individually. You can mix and match — some riders order full kits, others just jerseys. Volume discounts apply to total item count. See the full pricing page for per-piece rates and volume tiers.
Submit a quote request — it takes 3 minutes, and we'll respond with a design brief and pricing within 24 hours.
